Terms and conditions

Under the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966, all veterinary physiotherapists must obtain consent from your veterinary surgeon to conduct any physiotherapy services. Veterinary physiotherapy services will commence once a veterinary referral/consent form has been completed. 

On the day of treatment, payment must be made in full by cash, cheque or bank transfer. Any payment not received will ultimately end in the suspension of physiotherapy services. 

Please get in touch with me as soon as possible if you need to cancel your appointment. Appointments must be cancelled no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, however, I do understand that this may not be feasible in some circumstances. 

All animal and owner data/information obtained prior to the session and during will be protected and remain confidential, in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the confidentiality law within the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966.
